Practice Counselling

You might be holding it together on the outside at work, in public, in everyday moments and then feel it leak out later, or turn inward when no one is watching.

Therapy here is a place to slow that down.

At the core of my work is the understanding that we carry our histories into our adult lives into relationships, parenting, work, and moments of reactivity or withdrawal. Whether we externalize stress or internalize it, it shapes how we move through the world.

I work with adults in many seasons of life, often parents or caregivers not because the work is limited to parenting, but because these roles tend to bring patterns into sharper focus. The work itself is broader than roles. It’s about awareness, choice, and learning to respond rather than react.

My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and paced with care. Therapy isn’t about forcing change it begins with understanding what your system has learned to do to get through. From there, we work toward more intentional, practical shifts in a way that feels sustainable.

I draw from person-centered and Gestalt foundations, attachment theory, Jungian perspectives, and parts-informed work. Tools are used when helpful, but presence and understanding come first.

I offer a free 60-minute consultation no pressure, no script. Just a conversation to see whether this feels like a good fit.
